Nikki Mark is the Co-Founder and President of the TM23 Foundation, which honors her eldest son’s legacy and has currently raised more than $3.5 million to build two state-of- the-art athletic fields for the City of Los Angeles, each called Tommy’s Field, with a third in the works. With an MBA in hand and a 22+ year background developing operations and special projects for cutting-edge startup companies in Los Angeles, including SBE Hospitality Group and the Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC), Nikki currently oversees all TM23 operations and manages its Board of Directors. Nikki, who is a native Angeleno, is also a speaker and writer. Publisher’s Weekly lauded Nikki Mark’s memoir Tommy’s Field: Love, Loss, & the Goal of a Lifetime as an “inspirational debut.” Nikki has also written for the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Oprah Daily, Katie Couric Media,  TODAY, and elsewhere.

Doug Mark is the co-founder and Vice President of the TM23 Foundation.  Doug has been an accomplished music attorney for 40 years. He has been a partner in two law firms, an executive at two record labels and has had his own multi-lawyer practice since 2007. He has substantial experience in the music publishing and recording industries, administering top pop catalogues and representing some of the biggest songwriting and publishing catalogues of the past twenty years, as well as international superstars from several generations. His clients include Grammy winners, Rock ‘N Roll Hall of Fame members, major record companies and film studios, authors, label presidents, producers and artists.  His law firm, Mark Music & Media Law, currently represents such award-winning writers and performers as Danny Elfman, Benny Blanco, Alexandre Desplat, Rhiannon Giddens, Atticus Ross, Andrew Watt and many others. He is a native Angeleno born and raised in Westwood, California and graduated Cum Laude from U.S.F. School of Law in 1985.

Richard Lewis manages all day-to-day financial needs of the TM23 Foundation. From donor correspondences and banking relationships to the generating of financial statements and development of TM23 investment accounts, Richard manages all of it. Currently, Richard is also Head of Finance & Operations at Closer Media, a bi-coastal feature film and documentary production company.  Richard has overseen the production, financing or co-financing of over fifty feature films, including Crazy Rich Asians, Hell or High Water, The Lincoln LawyerThe Kite Runner and Academy Award winner, Crash. Richard has a long history of supporting youth sports as a Board Member, AYSO referee and coach.  He has an MA from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.

Rebecca serves as Secretary of the TM23 Foundation and in addition to being an active Board Member, ensures that all board discussions and decisions are properly documented. Rebecca specializes in First Amendment Rights law and currently serves as general counsel for an international non-profit. Her expertise includes online defamation, media law, product disparagement, and crisis management. She works seamlessly with public relations and business and criminal defense teams to protect the rights and image of her organization, and to ensure positive reputations and livelihoods for all who work there. Rebecca is a native Angeleno and has three children.

Tamara is an active TM23 Foundation Board Member who oversees the Foundation’s efforts to inspire more “Play.” The Founder and CEO of Joy Full Events, Inc., Tamara has been creating, supervising and managing special events for individuals, corporations and nonprofits for over thirty years. Tamara creates and manages all TM23’s events, including its annual Mother’s Day TM23 Community Cup and the grand openings of all TM23 athletic fields, each called Tommy’s Field. Tamara lives in Santa Barbara and has two children.
