Tommy’s Field

Westwood Recreation Center

About the Field

Tommy’s Field officially opened on September 26, 2021, at Westwood Recreation Center!

Managed by the Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks, Tommy’s Field serves local youth organizations, schools, park programming and free and unstructured play.

Fundraising

We are beyond grateful to the those who donated to Tommy’s Field and continue to support the TM23 Foundation. From children who hosted lemonade stands and asked for donations instead of birthday presents, to individual and corporate donors and those who went above and beyond by hosting special fundraising events that honored Tommy, we are proud to announce that a total of $1.2 million was raised to build Tommy’s Field at Westwood Recreation Center.

A special thank you to the LA Galaxy and Los Angeles Football Club for supporting our family, co-sponsoring Tommy’s Field and acknowledging that the time has come to work together for the benefit of youth sports.

TM23 fundraising efforts for Tommy’s Field will continue indefinitely to ensure that Tommy’s Field is forever properly maintained in his name.
